Terms and Conditions
Check in Timings After 12.00 noon, Check-out Timings Before 11.00
Early check in or late check out depends upon availability and may attract extra charges.
For ‘PAY AT HOTEL’ bookings: In case arriving after 14:00, please inform your expected time of arrival in advance to avoid cancellation.
PHOTO ID
Guests are required to produce any one of following photo ID at the time of check-in
Aadhar Card
Driving Licence
Passport or
Any Photo ID issued by Central/state Govt.
Foreigners: Passport with valid Visa
Please note that Pan Card or Photo ID issued by local bodies is not acceptable. Failure to produce a valid Photo ID will result in cancellation of bookings without any refund.
The Hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to unmarried couple , unrelated couples or single guests . Under these circumstances, the reservation will be cancelled without any refund.
Children up to age of:
5 years stay Free
From 5-12 years stay at concessional charges
Above 12 years stay at Full charges
CANCELLATION POLICY: ( 12:00 Noon - date of check in)
More Than 48 Hours - 100% refund
Between 24 hours to 48 Hours - One night charges
Less than 24 hours - NIL
NOTE: (Refund will be made to the same bank account/credit card/debit card etc from which the booking was originally made, within 15 days from the date of cancellation)
AMENDMENTS IN BOOKINGS: ( 12:00 Noon - date of check in)
More than 48 Hours - Permissible depending upon availability
Less than 48 hours - Not allowed
